The Farmhouse (left of the illustration) with it's beams, old doors, large fireplaces, was the centre for domestic life for the adjoining Manor House... good fires and central heating creates a wonderful atmosphere, great views across the garden fields with the early morning sunshine.

The Lounge with original granite stone fireplace with wood burning stove are surrounded by good quality comfortable soft furnishings and welsh dresser in addition to remote control TV and video. There is also a children's toy box.

Adjoining is the Dining Room with exposed oak beams and stone walls, again with wood burning fire, comfy sofa, large oak dining table and original dreeser, picture windows with shutters all provide a real country atmosphere.

Leading on is the smart, fitted pine Kitchen, with fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave, adjoining is the utility room with large fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and loo.

The tiled Hall, with a pay phone, leads up the staircase to three country style bedrooms... a large double room plus single bed, pretty cast iron fireplace... picture window with seat. Two twin rooms with pine beds and picture windows.

Bathroom with suite and good quality separate shower.

Bed linen (beds made up for you)... hand towels and tea towels included. Calor Gas and Electric by meter reading, Logs extra at £15 per week. Cots and High Chairs provided.

Outside is an open planned garden with garden seats and ample parking in the enclosed yard.

... Lots of interesting things to do... explore the Nature Trail and Bird/Wildlife Hide, stroll across to the farm animals or simply use the games room for organised fun.
